Description:
Following approval of the Tax Limitation Agreement by the District on December 10, 2020, FGE Goodnight I is requesting to delay the start of the Limitation Period from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024. This change requires amending Section 2.3 and Exhibit 5 of the Agreement. This should have a positive impact on District revenues in the form of one additional $50,000 Supplemental Payment.
Although the proposed amendment has been at the Comptroller’s office for several months, the Comptroller was busy in 2022 with approximately 400 new 313 applications and many amendments that were required to be completed in 2022. The Comptroller determined that this Amendment could wait to be completed in 2023. |
