I. Call to Order

I.A. Announcement by the Chairperson whether a quorum is present and that notice has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as required by law. 

II. Open Forum - This time is set aside to allow citizens to address the Board on any subject or any agenda item.  No action may be taken in response, but the Board may consider future action.  Persons desiring to address the Board must complete a Speaker Registration Card at the Board meeting.  Individual time limits will be five (5) minutes.

III. Consider and Approve the Total Sheet and Prime Contractors for the Phase 1 Construction at Sunnyvale ISD

IV. Consider and possible action to approve the Tower Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC located at 216 Collins Road, Sunnyvale, Texas 75182 (also described as: Lot 1, Block A, Sunnyvale School Addition, an addition to the City of Sunnyvale, Dallas, County, Texas according to the plat thereof recorded in Instrument No. 201200250037, official public records, Dallas County, Texas), including possible delegation of authority to finalize negotiations and execute an agreement any related documents.
