I. Call to Order

I.A. Announcement by the Chairperson whether a quorum is present and that notice has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, as required by law. 

II. Executive Session

II.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding a Level 3 appeal;

II.B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee specifically regarding a Level 3 appeal;  and/or

II.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821 to deliberate a matter
regarding a student if personally identifiable information about the student will
necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, specifically regarding a Level 3 appeal.

II.C.I. Consultation with Board’s attorney regarding the process and procedures for the Level 3 hearing to be conducted with regard to Dr. and Mrs. Tezock.

II.C.II. Conduct hearing regarding the Level 3 appeal filed by Dr. and Mrs. Tezock, pursuant to Board Policies FNG (LEGAL) and FNG (LOCAL).

II.C.III. Consultation with Board's attorney regarding the Level 3 appeal filed by Dr. and Mrs. Tezock.

III. Return to Open Session Meeting for Action, If Necessary, on Matters Discussed in Executive Session

IV. Consideration and possible action regarding Level 3 appeal filed by Dr. and Mrs. Tezock pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LEGAL) and FNG (LOCAL).

V. Executive Session

V.A. Pursuant to Section 551.0821, discuss and deliberate regarding contract with Behavior Network, a non-public day placement, for an identified special education student.

VI. Consider and take possible action to approve the contract with Behavior Network, a non-public day placement, for an identified special education student.

VII. Board Discussion Regarding Team Jerseys
