The Board of Trustees under the authority of Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

VIII.1.F.2. Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the City/School Community Park (also referred to as the School-City Park), including the Interlocal Agreement and possible Lease Agreement. (Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.129)

VIII.1.F.3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, the Board will consult with its legal counsel regarding legal issues relating to COVID 19 and potential requirements for face masks and vaccinations
