Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve the renewal of memberships in the American Association of Community Colleges, the Association of Community College Trustees, and the Michigan Community College Association and authorize attendance by Board members at educational conferences sponsored by these organizations through June 30, 2025.  In addition, it is recommended that the Board approve the annual dues for membership in the Michigan Community College Association at a cost of $52,000.

Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize Administration to extend the current contract with Execu-Sys of New York, New York, for a two-year term of supplemental contract programming resources in an amount not to exceed $490,000.

11.3.C. Michigan Community College Risk Management Authority Self-Insured Property and Casualty Insurance
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve a contribution in an amount not to exceed $820,248 to the Michigan Community College Risk Management Authority for the period July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

 

11.3.D. Colleague Software-as-a-Service Readiness Phase I - Ellucian Experience Portal
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize Administration to award a 5-year contract, upon the approval of General Counsel, to Ellucian of Reston, Virginia, for the Ellucian Experience Portal, including one-time installation costs, in an amount not to exceed $308,642.  

11.3.E. Renewal of Codio Student Licenses/Resource-Access to Programming Tools Online Platform
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize the purchase of 335 annual licenses of Codio Education Platform from Codio Incorporated, Cambridge, Massachusetts in the total amount of $73,713.75 for three academic years.

11.3.F. EMS Room, Event and Catering System Renewal
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize Administration to renew a three-year contract, upon the approval of General Counsel, with EMS Software of Centennial, Colorado for a Room, Event and Catering System in an amount not to exceed $169,972.

11.4. East Campus Rooftop Units Replacement and HVAC Controls Upgrades
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve the proposed budget for the replacement of the East Campus Rooftop Units Replacement and HVAC Controls upgrades and authorize the award of contracts subject to the review and approval of General Counsel.  

11.5. 2024/25 Fiscal Year Deferred Maintenance Replacements and Repairs
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve the 2024/25 Fiscal Year Deferred maintenance program and authorize the administration to solicit proposals, quotes and bids and award contracts, subject to the approval of General Counsel, to the lowest qualified bidders that will provide acceptable quality, service and performance meeting College specifications.
