4. Consideration and Possible Approval of the Schematic Design (SD) for West MS, Meadows MS, Amber Terrace ES, Cockrell Hill ES, and Woodridge ES as part of the 2025 Bond Program SD approval process.

Consider an Order authorizing (i) the issuance of a maintenance tax note containing provisions governing the financing including rate, amortization, security and prepayment provisions as well as other conditions and covenants and (ii) a purchase and investment letter to pay for costs incurred in connection with paying maintenance and operations expenses and costs of issuance related to the proposed note.
