3. Consider the Level III Grievance of Superintendent Dr. D’Andre J. Weaver
The grievance, or portions of it, may be conducted in closed session under one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code: |
|
3.A. 551.071 to seek and receive legal advice from the Board's attorney;
|
|
3.B. 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,
duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee; |
|
3.C. any other applicable provision of Texas Government Code section 551.
|
|
4. Reconvene in Open Session and Action Item
|
|
4.A. Possible Action on Level III Grievance of Superintendent Dr. D'Andre J. Weaver
|
|
5. Adjourn
