5. Action Item:  Consider, discuss and possibly approve an order canvassing the November 8, 2022, special election.

6. Action Item - Consider, discuss and possibly approve the financial audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

7. Action Item:  Consider, discuss and possibly approve transferring $175,000 from Child Nutrition Fund Balance for equipment, purchasing local beef, and continue to update kitchen wares.
