1. The Board of Education of Ruidoso Municipal Schools v. HB Construction and Empire Builders, LLC, D-1226-CV-2024-00170

2. In the Matter of Honeywell

No action will be taken in Executive Session.  Action, if any, will be taken when the Board reconvenes in Open Session following the Closed Session.
