Consideration and possible action to adopt a resolution approving an amended Real Estate Sales Contract between the County of Hood and Granbury Independent School District, with conveyance of District property, being a 10 acre tract of land to be surveyed, which is a portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Acton Middle School Slide B-194, P.R.H.C.T. 435,600 Sq. Ft. situated in the R. Merritt Survey, Abstract No. 385, B.W. Perkins Survey, Abstract 445, and the W.G. Terrell Survey, Abstract No. 562. Hood County, Texas and a Use Agreement.
