Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (LOCAL) may address the board regarding matters of concern/interest to the district. The board may not act upon any matter that is not listed under the action item portion of the agenda.

5. Discussion/Action

5.a. Consider Resolution to Disapprove the proposed 2024 budget adopted July 16, 2023 by the Hood Central Appraisal District (HCAD) and request the refund of all excess reserve funds collected with any interest earned by HCAD be proportionately distributed back to taxing entities.
