3.A. Discuss the 2011-2012 District Budget

4. CLOSED MEETING - Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically candidates for appointment to the Board.

5. RECONVENE - Open meeting to vote on matters considered in closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding personnel and appointment to the Board.

5.A. Consideration and possible action to fill the vacancy on the Board of Trustees by appointment until the next Board member election or order a special election to fill the vacancy, pursuant to Board Policy BBC (LEGAL)

5.B. Consideration and possible action to hire professional personnel for the 2011-2012 school year as per the administration
