E.4.a. The Board of Education is asked to consider and approve the following Board of Education policy updates.

E.4.b. The Board of Education is asked to consider and approve granting a Public Utility Easement to the City of Garden City at the location of 3401 E. Spruce St.

E.4.c. The Board of Education is asked to consider and approve the School Resource Officer Agreement between the City of Garden City, Kansas (City), the Garden City Police Department (GCPD) and the Board of Education of Unified School District No. 457, (USD 457) effective from the first day of school in August 2026 through the last day of school in May 2029.

The Board of Education is asked to consider and approve the Crossing Guard Agreement between the City of Garden City, Kansas (City) and the Board of Education, Unified School District No. 457, Finney County, State of Kansas, (USD 457) effective from the first day of school in August 2026 and ending in May 2029.
