FA (Local) emphasizes parent access to student records, clear communication, and the district’s position on issues of gender identity and privacy. The use of pronouns inconsistent with a student’s biological sex will not be promoted or required. While parents may request such usage in writing, no staff member or student will be compelled to use pronouns that conflict with their personal beliefs.CS (LOCAL) outlines facility usage standards, specifying that multiple-occupancy bathrooms and changing facilities are to be used based on a person’s biological sex as identified on their birth certificate. The district may provide reasonable accommodations upon request to support individual needs while maintaining student safety and privacy.
