I. Call to Order
Audience to Visitors (Do not read) Board President will read off each name listed, one at a time, on the Public Comments Sign In Sheet. PLEASE READ: The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the necessary business of the School District. It is important for the Board to hear communications from community members. However, regular business must still be conducted. Therefore, communications for visitors will be limited to 3 minute individual periods for a total not to exceed 30 minutes and no more than 20 minutes per subject.
