IV.A. The Board will consider and take possible action regarding approval of the Consent Agenda:

IV.A.1. Consider Board approval of the minutes for the regular meeting on January 18, 2023.

IV.A.2.  Consider Board approval of the monthly financial statements.

IV.A.3. Consider Board approval of any budget amendments.

IV.B. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve a lease between Mart ISD and  Mart Youth Football and Cheer for the use of Chambliss Field.

IV.C. The Board will consider and take possible action to adjust contract days for the District Technology Coach.

IV.D. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve the 2023-2024 Spirit Teams Contract.  

IV.E. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve a Staff Development Minutes Waiver for the 2023-2024 school year.  

IV.F. The Board will consider and take possible action to approve an interlocal agreement with the Region 10 ESC Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative for the 23-24 school year.

V. CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION

V.A. Discuss personnel matters regarding offering professional contracts and, or pay schedules.  (Section 551.074 Texas Government Code)

V.A.1. The Board will discuss the contracts for the Elementary Principal, High School Principal, Athletic Director, Curriculum Director and Technology Coach.  

V.A.2. The Board will discuss the salaries of the Elementary Principal, High School Principal, Curriculum Director, and Athletic Director.  

VI. RECONVENE FROM CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION

VI.A. The Board will consider and take possible action to renew the contracts and approve salaries for administrative staff as discussed.
