V.A. The Board will consider and take possible action regarding approval of the Consent Agenda:

V.A.1. Consider Board approval of the minutes for the regular meeting on October 19, 2022.

V.A.2. Consider Board approval of the minutes for the special called meeting on October 31, 2022.

V.A.3.  Consider Board approval of the monthly financial statements.
