I. CALL TO ORDER

I.A. Announcement by the President as to the presence of a quorum.

I.B. Certification that public notice of the meeting was given in accordance with the provisions of Section 551.001 et. seq., of the Texas Government Code.

II. ITEMS REQUIRING BOARD ACTION

II.A. The Board will consider and take possible action to accept a commercial contract on school property (large gym, play gym, and practice field).

II.B. The Board will consider and take possible action to pass a resolution to sell school property (large gym, play gym, and practice field) and give the Superintendent authority to sign closing documents.

III. CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION  Adjourn to Executive/Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney), §551.072 (Deliberating the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property), §551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically to discuss), §551.0821 (Personally identifiable information about a public school student), and §551.129 (Consulting privately with the Board’s attorney telephonically).
