PUBLIC COMMENTS: Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting shall sign up with the presiding officer or designee at the district central administration office no later than 3:00 P.M. the day of the meeting and shall indicate the topic about which they wish to speak. Please understand that no presentation shall exceed 3 minutes unless the speaker is non-English speaker who requires a translator and will then have up to 6 minutes to speak.
