6.2. Approval for Joann Martin, Food Service Director to Attend the Annual School Nutrition Association Conference in Atlanta GA, and to pay all expenses (as allowed by law) associated with her attending this workshop* (Board Policies GADA & DJD)

7.1. Delta Health Alliance Grant

7.1.1. Requesting approval to sign the Delta Health Alliance Summer Agreement

7.1.2. Recommendation to accept payment of 12,800 Washington D.C. Trip for eight students from Simmons

7.1.3. Requesting approval to move forward with Delta Health Alliance plan the full MOA for the Hollandale School District.

7.2. Transportation

7.2.1. Recommendation to approve the Bus Maintenance Contracts with Western Line to provide maintenance to the Hollandale School District bus fleet.

|
7.4.1. Recommendation to approve the Food Service Department Training agreement with Lillie Martin. Services will be rendered at $25 per hour on an as needed basis.

7.5.1. Recommendation to set a date for the board members to tour the school before June 30.

7.6. Delta Health Center MOU for Student Screening, ETC.

7.6.1. Requesting to continue the agreement with Delta Health Center to provide services that include, but not limited to, immunizations, health screening, and other health services to the students in the HSD.

7.7. Central Mississippi Outreach, PA
|
7.7.1. Recommendation to continue Dental Services to our students in the Hollandale School District for the 2017-2018 school year.

7.8. Washington County Opportunities Incorporated (WCOI)
|
7.8.1. Requesting approval to enter into the yearly agreement with WCOI for the 2017-18 school year.

7.9. Substitute Recommendation
|
7.9.1. Requesting approval to add Jasalyn Jackson to our substitute list. Jasalyn was allowed to work with testing at the elementary school for 6 days. She assisted with testing but was not approved as a sub by the board. She is requesting to be paid for services worked.

7.10. Contractual Services
|
7.10.1. Requesting approval to begin a contractual relationship with Dr. Keith Shaffer to provide support for administrators that include, but not limited to, data gathering, financial analysis, staff evaluation, school climate, and other educational related services at a rate $500 per day, plus travel and not exceed $800 per day, plus travel, on an as needed basis. * (Board Policy DJED)

7.11. Licensure Application
|
7.11.1. Requesting approval to request one year licenses for the following teachers: Janice Potts, Jasmine Steverson, Tamara Washington, Shekia Brown, Jasmine Jackson. Each teacher will receive, if approved, a 2nd year license and must pass both parts of the Praxis and remain enrolled in school to be eligible for this type of license in year three.

9.3. MDE Special Education Office of Special Education completed a compliance audit Follow-up in May 2017 and has cleared the Hollandale School District of all previous corrective actions from the 2015-16 audit report. (Policy IDDF)
