Consider action on the Superintendent's determination that due to District or campus staffing needs, counselors at O'Bryant Intermediate and West End Elementary maintain duties which prevent them from spending 80 percent of the counselor's work time on duties that are components of a Comprehensive School Counseling Program and direct the Superintendent to develop revised job descriptions accordingly.
