7.A. Consider action to approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held on Monday, November 10, 2025. 

7.B. Discussion and possible action to approve authorizing the superintendent to finalize a 3-year contract with CTWP to lease copy machines using a purchasing coop and to approve the budget amendment to the 2025-26 Operating Budget associated with the agreement.

7.C. Discussion and possible action to approve additional revisions to the BISD District of Innovation Plan to include additional exemptions from the recent legislative session.

7.D. Discussion and possible action to approve the changes made to the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Ballinger and Mr, Edward Studer fo the BISD Retention Pond.

7.E. Discussion and possible action to grant the superintendent final hiring authority until the next regularly scheduled meeting to fill a vacant teaching position.

8. Executive Session

8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

8.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent

8.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076, to deliberate regarding matters of school safety and security

8.E. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.129 and 551.071, seek advice from legal counsel regarding pending litigation.

9. Return to open meeting and take any action deemed necessary upon discussion in the closed meeting.
