6.A.8. The next Regular School Board Meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2025 at 5:30pm. (This is the same night as the Elementary and Junior High Open House.) The date will also serve as the Public Hearing for the 2024-25 BISD Tax Rate. Other possible meeting dates: August 25th and August 29th.

7.A. Consider action to approve the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting that was held on June 10, 2025.

7.B. Consider action to approve revising the date from August 21, 2027 to August 31, 2027 on the Ballinger ISD Depository Contract that was presented and approved at the June 10, 2025 Regular Meeting.

7.C. Consider action to approve Board Policy Update 125 as recommended by TASB.
|
7.D. Consider action to approve Revisions to Policy FD and FM (Local) in reference to allowing students not enrolled in Ballinger ISD to participate in extra curricular activities and Policy FNCE (Local) in reference to student use of personal communication devices/electronic devices.

7.E. Consider action to approve the 2025-26 BISD Employee Handbook as presented.

7.F. Consider action to provide a raise to Ballinger ISD non-contract, administrative staff and other non-instructional teachers and provide a stipend for classroom teachers with more than 20 years' experience that have been with BISD for at least a full school year.

8. Executive Session

8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student.

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employees
