7.A. Consider action to approve the Minutes of a Regular Board Meeting that was held on May 10, 2022 at 5:30pm.

7.B. Consider action to temporally delegate to the Superintendent final hiring authority for contract employees.

7.C. Consider action to approve a Joint Election Agreement for the 2022 Ballinger ISD School Board Election in November. 

7.D. Consider action to approve the extension of retention incentives for Ballinger ISD employees for the 2022-2023 School Year.

7.E. Consider action to approve the pay for custodians and cafeteria staff not to include supervisors for the 2022-2023 School Year.  

7.F. Consider action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Texas Tech for mental health services.

8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. 

8.C. Ratify the resignations of employees that have been received by the Superintendent
