6. Public Comments - Shall occur at the beginning of the meeting. Except as permitted by board policy BED(LOCAL) and the Board's procedures on public comment, an individual's comments to the Board shall not exceed three minutes per meeting.

8. Consider and possible action to name Lone Finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools. 

9. EXECUTIVE/CLOSED SESSION - The Board of Trustees will conduct an Executive/Closed Session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et seq. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in Open Session. 

1.  551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: A governmental body may conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter
2. 551.074 - Deliberate the Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment Duties, Discipline, or Dismissal of a Public Officer or Employee; or to Hear a Complaint or Charge Against an Officer or Employee
   1. Deliberation concerning specific individuals eligible for appointment to the Board of Trustees
