6. Public Comments - Shall occur at the beginning of the meeting. Except as permitted by board policy BED(LOCAL) and the Board's procedures on public comment, an individual's comments to the Board shall not exceed three minutes per meeting.

7. EXECUTIVE/CLOSED SESSION - The Board of Trustees will conduct an Executive/Closed Session pursuant to the following provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et seq. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in Open Session.
