8) Discussion and/or Action to accept the No-New-Revenue Tax Rate and Voter-Approval Tax Rate for Kenedy County-Wide CSD and adopt a tax rate for Maintenance and Operations of $0.6922 per hundred value and for the Interest and Sinking fund of $0.0210 per hundred value for the 2025 tax year for a total tax rate of $0.7132 per hundred value.

9) Discussion and/or Action to approve the Resolutions sanctioning the 4-H organization as an extracurricular activity for Kleberg-Kenedy County and Brooks County.
