12.A. Hearing of employee Level Three complaint to be heard in closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.074 and 551.082 concerning a complaint involving another employee.

After hearing the employee complaint, the Board may also excuse the employee and continue in closed session for consultation with the district attorney regarding the complaint pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
