8.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, Discussion and consideration to propose the nonrenewal of a teacher’s 2020-2021 term contract at the end of the school year (J.C.) pursuant to Board Policy DFBB (Legal) and (Local) and Texas Education Code Section 21.206.  

8.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to the proposed nonrenewal of a teacher’s 2020-2021 term contract at the end of the school year (J.C.) 

8.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, Consultation with legal counsel pertaining to selection of special legal counsel to advise the Board of Trustees at any nonrenewal or termination hearing at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

8.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071, Consultation with legal counsel regarding Texas Education Agency Special Accreditation Investigation. 

8.E. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074, Discussion and consideration regarding hiring of classroom teacher on a probationary contract (F.M.)
