III.1. The board will convene in executive session "to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (h), and "to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection" pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f).
Executive Sessions are not open to the public. All matters discussed during executive sessions are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
