III.1. The board will "consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (a), and "consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f).

III.2. The board will "hear complaints or charges brought against an employee who does not request an open hearing," pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(b) and "consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection," pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f).
All matters discussed in executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
