III.1. The board will convene in Executive Session "to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (e).
Executive Sessions are not open to the public. All matters discussed during the executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
