I. 6:30–8:30 p.m. Executive Sessions:  

1.  Executive Session: The board will convene in executive session to "consider the expulsion of a minor student," pursuant to ORS 332.061 (1)
All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed without authorization by the school board. Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (4) and board policy BCD Executive Sessions, members of the news media may not be present for an executive session to consider the expulsion of a minor student.

2.  Executive Session: The board will convene in executive session to "conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d).
All matters discussed during this executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed without authorization by the school board. Pursuant to ORS 192.660 (4) and board policy BCD Executive Sessions, members of the news media may not be present for an executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the board to carry on labor negotiations. 

Executive Sessions are not open to the public.  All matters discussed during executive sessions are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board.

Executive sessions involving deliberations with persons to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the news media.
