1. Call meeting to order, roll call, establishment of a quorum and Pledge of Allegiance.

2. CLOSED SESSION: The superintendent requests that the Board of Trustees convene in closed meeting as authorized by the provisions of the Open Meeting Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.  This executive session is in accordance with the Texas Government Code Section:

• Level Three appeal hearing for employee OG
• Level Three appeal hearing for employee RD
• Consultation with legal counsel regarding the Level Three appeal hearing for employee OG
• Consultation with legal counsel regarding the Level Three appeal hearing for employee RD
