I. EXECUTIVE SESSION (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM)* - The Board will meet in Executive (closed) Session under ORS 192.660(2)(b) - to consider the dismissal or discipline of, or hear complaints or charges brought against a staff member.

• Representatives of the news media are permitted to attend.
• No decision may be made in an executive session, except in the case of student expulsion.
• All matters discussed in Executive Session are to remain confidential.
