7. (FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION) For discussion and possible action regarding the status and review of the Trust Fund Account for the Self-funded LCSD Medical Insurance Plan. This item is presented by Director of Business Services, Shawn Heusser and Finance Manager, Spencer Winward.

8. (FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION) For Discussion and Possible Action to vote for a recommendation to the Board of Trustees regarding the district's health insurance plans to be effective January 1, 2020.
