XI. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (c) (e) and/or (f), Wis.Stats, as appropriate, to 1. Discuss Administrator Contracts, and 2. Discuss fundraising agreements. The Board will propose recommendations in closed session, thereafter, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. The Board may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Board will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
