Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:

3.1. Attorney-client consultation regarding options to address May 2008 election ballot issues. This item may be held in closed session under the authority of Texas Government Code 551.071.
