Discussion: A Public Hearing was held regarding the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR). Assistant Superintendent Lee Ann Corbin shared detailed information on the Annual Report for 2022-23, PEIMS Financial Standard Report for 2021-22, Accreditation Status for 2022-23, Campus Performance Objectives, Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents on Campuses, Student Performance in Post-secondary Institutions for 2021-22, and District Progress Toward Board-Adopted HB 3 Goals.

Discussion: Enrollment for January was reviewed showing RISD with 37 students over the enrollment figure for the same time last year and 38 students over the final enrollment number for 2022-23.

Discussion: Through discussion on insurance coverage, it was determined that hail coverings for HVAC units were needed. Krause Service Company shared that the hail coverings were included in the purchase but have been on back order. They will be sending someone to inspect given that they were not installed at the time of installation.
