Description:  It has been found and determined that in accordance with the policies and orders of the Board, the notice of this meeting was posted publicly at the Administration Building in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. seq., and that all of the terms of said article have been fully complied with and that the 72-hour notice required has been properly and correctly given.

Description:  A quarter page ad was placed in The Beaumont Enterprise announcing the public hearing for discussion on the Proposed 2024-2025 Budget and Proposed Tax Rate.
At this time, the Director of Finance will present a brief overview of the proposed 2024 -2025 Budget and Tax Rate information. This budget and proposed tax rate for the 2024-2025 school year are the result of many hours of discussion between the Board of Trustees and Administration. The Public will have the opportunity to address the Board
of Trustees at this time.
