Approval is requested to delegate authority to the Chancellor and Chairman to take actions precedent for and to negotiate various contract matters on behalf of the University of Houston in the Division of Athletics as such action may be necessary prior to the next regularly scheduled Board of Regents meeting - University of Houston.

III.B. Approval is requested for the delegation of authority to the Chancellor to negotiate a prospective naming gift at the University of Houston in accordance with University of Houston System Administrative Memorandum 08.A.04 - University of Houston.
