1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
Discussion:
President Robert Frost called the meeting to order at 6:00pm with a quorum present. Superintendent Bryan Allen was also in attendance.

2. RECOGNITION OF VISITORS/PUBLIC COMMENT
Description:
All persons wishing to address the Board at this time MUST complete a registration form by 3:00pm on the day of the meeting.
Discussion:
No one signed up to speak in the public comment session.

Discussion:
Dr. Greg Gibson with Moak Casey, LLC presented board training on Strategic Thought, Design, and Continuous Improvement Planning.
