IV.A.1. Consider, and take action as appropriate, to approve policy EIA(LOCAL) moving from 6-week grading periods to 9-week grading periods.

IV.A.3. Consider, and take action as appropriate, to approve the revised 2025-2026 School Calendar.

IV.A.7. Consider and take action as appropriate to approve a resolution approving an engagement agreement for bond counsel legal services with Walsh Gallegos Kyle Robinson & Roalson, P.C and Cantu Harden Montoya LLP; and other matters in connection therewith.

Consider and take action as appropriate to approve an order calling a bond election for an amount not to exceed $22,100,000 to be held by the Hico independent School District, making provision for the conduct of a joint election, and resolving other matters incident and related to such election.

Consider and take action as appropriate to approve a resolution relating to ‎establishing the District’s intention to reimburse ‎itself for the prior lawful expenditure of funds ‎relating to constructing and equipping various District improvements from the proceeds of tax-‎exempt obligations to be issued by the District for ‎authorized ‎purposes; authorizing other matters ‎incident and related thereto; and providing an ‎effective date.
