I. Goals of the Committee
Teaching & Learning: NPSD will increase the percentage of students performing at or above grade-level proficiency in English Language Arts and Mathematics by 5% as measured by state assessments and local benchmark assessments. Families & Community: NPSD will engage families and students to reach an overall attendance rate of 95% or higher. |

II. Opening of the Meeting
Description:
The meeting will be called to order by the Chair. In the absence of the Chair, the meeting will be called to order by one of the members of the Committee. There are three committee members; therefore, at least two members must be in attendance to establish a quorum and conduct business.
Committee meetings are posted and open to the public in accordance with Open Meeting Laws. |

III.C. First Review: 2027-2028 School Calendar
Description:
DA Duffek will present drafts of the 2027-2028 School Calendar to committee members to obtain their feedback. The committee will take the November and December committee meetings to review with hopes of bringing the Board a recommendation for a final vote in December.
The feedback from parents and families is that they prefer to get the calendar for the following year in December for planning purposes. |
