Desired outcome: The Board will consider combining policy DP338 and DP338B into a single policy for all employees and eliminate section II C of the policy. Board members will make recommendations on moving the policy forward with a final vote on the changes in the next business meeting.

Desired outcome: Each Board member will list the top one or two items they would like the Board to address this year. The Board will then decide if each item is a staff responsibility or Board responsibility. The Executive Committee will take information from this meeting and ensure priorities appear on future agenda items throughout the upcoming year. No action required.
