Discussion:
Mr. Nichols provided a summary of the July and August bank accounts, including interest earned.

Discussion:
Mr. Vance presented the financial committee report with an overview of the July and August balance sheets, assets, liabilities and reserve accounts.

Mr. Buchanan with MVBA Law presented his firm's new contract for providing legal services to the Appraisal District.

6. CHIEF APPRAISER REPORT
Discussion:
Mr. Nichols began the Chief Appraiser's report by updating the Board on the current ARB members. He then asked Mr. Alford to provide the current number of active protests, after which Mr. Nichols outlined the District's plan to complete all pending protests by November. Mr. Nichols also stated that all supplements would be processed on a biweekly basis from this office. He concluded the Chief Appraiser’s report by inviting the Board to attend the upcoming PTI and Tri-region conferences.
