Discussion:
Mr. Nichols detailed the bank accounts and the interest earned for the month of May.

Discussion:
Mr. Vance went over the May balance sheet and the 2025 budget line items in detail.

Discussion:
Mr. Nichols presented inter-local agreements with taxing units for tax rate calculation.

6. CHIEF APPRAISER REPORT
Discussion:
Mr. Nichols opened the Chief Appraiser's report by informing the Board that the district would not meet his July 1 certification goal due to the high number of protests this year. He also mentioned that a taxpayer had filed a complaint, but the TLO officer assisted the taxpayer and helped resolve the issue. In closing, Mr. Nichols informed the Board that the entire information team would be recognized as employees of the month for April, and Terry Ivins would receive the honor for both May and June.
