Congratulated the track program for a successful season, which included sending multiple athletes to the state track & field meet.
Wietman. Graduation went smoothly. Thanks to Jaclyn Koehler for her work behind the scenes of the talent show. She put the work in to find talent and put it on stage, including gymnasts, singers, dancers and even a staff rock band. Also thanked all that helped her put the show together for the last day of school. Appelwick. The fourth graders had another successful Wolf Ridge trip. Thanks to all of the chaperones that went. The feedback was great. Whitwam. Thanks to John Muenich for his behind-the-scenes work preparing everyone for the graduation ceremony and for his work during the ceremony. Peterson. The graduation ceremony was fun to watch and very uplifting. We are proud of all of the students that graduated. The middle school talent show was great. Hokanson. Asked Ehlers to predict when the best time to go out for a Capital project referendum that would be as revenue neutral as possible. They said that earliest/best time would be in 2033, when the bond falls off of the high school building in 2036. $50 million is the tax-neutral number. Long-term facility maintenance bonds also.
