I. Call to Order

Discussion: The Board of Education of Hermantown Independent School District No. 700 met in a special meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the Administration Board Room.

Members present included Eric Griffith, Ashley McFarland, Jodi McShane, David Hokanson, Matthew Munger, Tim Peterson and Wayne Whitwam, Superintendent.

A motion was made to approve invoices to DCW for $25,833.30, Cengage for $54,859.75, Lake Superior College for $142,712.44 and Upper Lakes Foods for $60,203.30. This motion, made by McFarland and seconded by Munger, Carried.
