Appelwick. Thank you to our Reading Corps tutors, Maren and Arie, and our internal coach, Nikki, for their commitment to Reading Corps. It is National Reading Corps Week. Kindergarten Registration Night went well. Thank you to Jessica Lennartson, Julie Borgeson, Holly Martin, Jen Larson, and the kindergarten teachers for their help with the activities. We were awarded $33,100 by Lake Country Power to support sensory and social emotional needs at the elementary school. This money will be used to purchase items for all students to use to help with improving emotional regulation and to meet their sensory needs. Kids Night Out tomorrow night. This is something new we are trying at the elementary school. I will let you know how it goes at the next meeting.
Wietman. Congratulations to Middle School Math League, Math Masters and their advisor Rebecca Schmidt for their recent successes. Choir students performed well last week at their concerts. Muenich. Congratulations to the Math League Team that is competing at the State Tournament today. Recognized the three teachers whose retirements were accepted under Consent Agenda. Jim Prisk has 30 years of service to the district, Sue Wasbotten has 32 years of service to the district, and Donna Drontle has 29 years of service to the district. Berg.
